Sewer application process
If and when you choose to connect to the sewer system, it will be necessary for you to apply for a Sewer Utility Account with West Shore Environmental Services. A request to apply for a Sewer Utility Account should be initiated in the early stages of the construction or project schedule in order to avoid delays.
Complete the Sewer Application Form
To complete the application, the following information is required:
- applicant name
- phone number
- civic (service) address / postal code
- billing address / postal code

Submit your Application Form
Once the above information on the Sewer Application Form is complete, your application for Sewer Utility Services may be submitted in person at the West Shore Environmental Services office, by fax to (250) 478-2163, by mail to #103 - 859 Orono Avenue, Victoria, BC V9B 2T9 or by e-mail to info.westshore@corix.com. Your application will then be assessed and if approved, you will be contacted regarding the applicable sewer utility account set-up fee and related charges, as well as the yearly sewer user fees.
Payment
West Shore Environmental Services accepts the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Debit Card
- MasterCard
- Company Cheque
- Personal Cheque (allow 10 business days for processing)
- Visa
Payment can be made at the West Shore Environmental Services office or by phone at (250) 478-2187 if payment is by MasterCard or Visa. Upon payment, you will be provided with a Sewer Authorization Form, which you will present to the City of Langford in order to apply for and obtain a building permit and/or plumbing permit.
Subject to West Shore Environmental Services Standard Terms and Conditions. Billing for annual sewer services will commence upon issuance of the Sewer Authorization.
