Planning for Future Sewer Services

At West Shore Environmental Services, we develop an annual Sewer Capital Works Plan with the City of Langford to provide an equitable and uniform approach to future sewer development within the city boundaries.

The City of Langford and West Shore meet annually in January and June of each year to review and revise the Sewer Capital Plan. The City of Langford may, prior to each June, designate to West Shore a portion of the sewers as works which must be constructed in the following calendar year. Where such a designation is made West Shore would amend the Sewer Capital Plan to include the selected area.

Residents, who wish to approach the City of Langford to be considered for the following years sewer servicing, may do so prior to June of each year.
