Ways to Pay Your Bill

Corix offers several convenient ways to pay your utility bill.

  1. Pre-authorized payment plan (PAP) - please call Corix Customer Care at 1-877-577-2112 to set-up a PAP plan and have your bills paid automatically from your chequing account.

  2. By phone or Internet - contact your financial institution to set-up telephone or online banking. Payee information should be Corix Utilities. Please ensure that you use your full 12-digit account number when setting up your payment (do not include the dashes in your account number).

  3. Credit card or pre-authorized credit card (PAC) - please call Corix Customer Care at 1-877-788-7277 to pay by credit card or to enroll in a pre-authorized credit card payment plan. Corix Customer Care monitors credit card expiry dates.

  4. By mail – Please make cheques or money orders payable to Corix Utilities (as shown in the payment remittance information section on the front of your bill). Please record your full 12-digit account number on the front of your cheque or money order. Do not send cash in the mail.
