Regulatory and Rate Design
With regulated energy, water and wastewater operations in Canada and the U.S., Corix Utilities has a dedicated Regulatory team with expertise and experience in all facets of the regulatory process.  Corix can provide a comprehensive suite of regulatory services including designing rates, ensuring the proper procedures and standards are followed, and that the required documents are filed in a timely manner. The regulatory agencies under which Corix currently has operations includes the BC Utilities Commission, the BC Water Comptroller, BC Environment, BC Ministry of Health, Alberta Energy and Utilities Board, Alberta Environment, Alberta Health, Regulatory Commission of Alaska, Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
