Many sources of water are not directly suitable for drinking purposes. Engineers have designed water supply facilities to collect, store, transport, treat and distribute water to people and industries. Once these facilities are built, the operators ensure the facilities perform as intended. Water distribution system operators operate, maintain repair and manage these facilities.
Operators have the responsibility of ensuring that a safe and pleasant water supply can reach everyone's tap. Communities need qualified, capable and dedicated operators to do these jobs.
Our associates include operators who are certified for water treatment and water distribution. We operate our own laboratory facilities, certified as required for reports to the regulatory authority. We draw the samples, transport and test so that chain of custody is unbroken from start to finish.
