Pre-engineered and fabricated plants
Corix Water Systems provides clients with a "one-stop-shop" approach to water and wastewater treatment. We work with owners and their engineers and operators to pilot, select and design each treatment system. We then fabricate and deliver factory-built, modular treatment plants complete with pre-fitted automatic control and electrical systems.

Our unique ability to provide both process design and the fabrication and supply of process equipment and control systems means we can complete your project at a lower cost, in a shorter time, with comparable quality and performance to conventional in-situ construction.
Economic design
Corix Water Systems provides over 30 plants a year, each with full chemical, electrical and control systems. Our process design costs are significantly lower than those needed for in-situ construction.
Economic manufacturing
Our manufacturing costs benefit from the economies of fabricating a large number of plants each year under production line conditions.
Economic building enclosure
Our plants can be installed within simple, slab on grade buildings. This opens the door to using cost effective, pre-engineered building enclosures that can be easily procured and erected by local builders.
Economic installation
Much of the mechanical and electrical work is undertaken in our factory prior to delivery. Consequently, the modules can be easily installed and the treatment system quickly completed and commissioned. Our approach requires significantly less site time from expensive, skilled trades than is needed for in-situ construction.
