Corix Water Systems supplies a variety of process equipment including pumps, blowers, and valve and flow measurement systems. Our capability includes the supply of a simple valve or pump/motor assembly to complex, engineered pressure reducing valve stations assembled in pre-fabricated concrete chambers to complex pump or compressor systems that include a variety of process equipment, instrumentation and control systems.
Our pre-engineering systems provide cost effective, easy-to-install solutions for contractors, consulting engineers and utilities.
Pumps and Blowers
For over 17 years, Corix Water Systems has been a supplier of pumps and compressors for use in municipal and industrial application throughout North America. Our capability ranges from supplying simple pump/motor assemblies to complex, engineering pump and compressor systems that can include heat exchangers, process instrumentation, variable speed motor drives and complex control panels. All of our systems are pre-piped, pre-wired and tested in our factory. Our equipment can designed to meet a variety of certification needs including Lloyds, CCG, ULC and DNV.
Single source responsibility and accountability for system operation
Valves
We have more than 35 years of application experience in the design of pressure reducing valve stations. Our systems are designed and assembled to the owner’s specifications and include control valves and other components that are carefully sized and selected to provide for stable control throughout a complete flow range.
Our valve stations can be assembled in precast concrete chambers that provide easy access and room for installation and service personnel. Instrumentation can be provided to monitor a variety of flows and pressures within the application. The operation of the valve stations can be either automated or controlled remotely through hard wire or wireless communication options.
The economics of the Packaged Valve Station versus on-site construction frequently results in capital cost savings of 30% or more.
