Terms of Payment
Interest charges are applied on overdue accounts.
Failure to receive, or loss of the utility statement cannot be accepted as a reason for either non-payment or for exemption from late payment penalty.
If it becomes necessary to disconnect service for non-payment, payment of the full amount due plus a fee will be required before service is re-connected. Re-connection will normally occur within 24 hours following payment of monies owed.
Please advise Corix Customer Care if payment was made recently.
Corix Multi-Utility Services may at times issue written notice requesting access to meters and equipment associated in private residences. As a condition of service, the homeowner must grant access to authorized Corix employees.
Meters are read at regular intervals or by request of the resident. If your meter is not read, the current charges will be estimated based on previous use history for the property.
