On November 15, 2024, Canada Post announced a national strike that will interrupt mail services throughout Canada, impacting Corix’s ability to send physical copies of bills, as well as receive mailed cheque payments.
While we understand that the Canada Post strike has impacted standard procedures for sending mail, it is important that your account balance is kept up to date to avoid incurring late payment charges.
To receive a copy of your bill, please register for Corix Connect, our online self-service portal. Once registered, you will have 24/7 access to manage your account, download copies of your bills, and keep on top of payments.
While our payment methods have not changed, if you are currently paying by cheque, please consider using an alternative payment method such as Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or an online payment through your financial institution. If you are unable to change payment methods, we request that cheques are sent to our Vancouver location using an alternative mail or courier service.
For EFT banking information, please reach out to Customer Support.
Below are some Frequently Asked Questions related to the Canada Post service disruption.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us by phone at 1-866-457-7273 or email us at customersupport@corix.com.
