Open an Account
Homeowners and Residents
To open a new account, or apply for service at an existing location where services already exist, please complete the Service Application and email or mail it to Corix Customer Care.
Developers and Builders
To open a new account or apply for water, wastewater, stormwater service and solid waste collection, please completed the Service Application - Builder and email or mail it to Corix Customer Care.
Close an Account
To close an account, please contact Corix Customer Care at least two full business days (48 hours) before your move, so we can close your account. You are responsible for all charges until the account is closed.
Previous eCARe and eBill Users
The eCARe and eBill websites have been decommissioned. Historical billing can still be obtained from Corix Customer Care.
