Reinstatement of Late Payment Charges

Dear Valued Customer,

In the early days of the pandemic, West Shore Environmental Services took action to help households experiencing payment difficulties. In 2020 and 2021, we suspended Late Payment Charges on outstanding accounts to give customers extra time to keep their accounts current. We greatly appreciate everyone’s efforts and cooperation.

As we resume normal operations, we’ll be returning to standard billing practices and reinstating Late Payment Charges as of September 1, 2022.
