The Neighbourhood Utility Service at UniverCity
The Neighbourhood Utility Service (NUS) was developed by Corix in partnership with the SFU Community Trust
Corix is designing, constructing, owning and operating the district energy system with oversight by the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC). The BCUC regulates all energy utilities in BC and approves rate structures and customer billing models to ensure transparency.
