Corix has made an application to the Office of the Comptroller of Water Rights to change its rates for Panorama Water service for 2019.
Corix’s proposed rates reflect increases in operating and maintenance costs since 2010, which was the last time rates for Corix – Panorama Water were adjusted.
The Comptroller has approved interim rates effective January 1, 2019 which will remain interim and refundable subject to the final decision of the Comptroller.

These documents and additional information regarding the regulatory review process can be found on the Water Rate Application for 2019 Rates page under Corix Panorama’s Regulatory Affairs page.
The Notice of Application is located on the Water Rate Application for 2019 Rates page and provides information for customer comments, concerns and questions on the application, as well as information for persons wishing to actively participate in the regulatory review process.
Persons wishing to actively participate in this public hearing process should register as an Intervener in writing with the Secretary to the Comptroller of Water Rights by February 19, 2019.
