Important Information on Canada Post Strikes
In the event of a Canada Post strike or job action, mail delivery of your Corix utility bill and bill payments to Corix may be disrupted. However, it is important that you keep your account up to date.
Corix has various services available to you to help manage your account during a disruption.
BALANCE INFORMATION AND YOUR UTILITY BILL:
As a Corix Utilities customer you may:
- Call 1-877-788-7277 to obtain your account balance
- E-mail: customercare@corix.com to request a copy of your bill
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Please note that Corix offers the following payment alternatives:
- Online / Telephone Banking
- Contact us to set up Pre-Approved Debit or Credit Card withdrawal
- Visa / MasterCard payments are also accepted over the phone
- Drop off cheques at your nearest Corix office location:
