To change or update information on your account, contact Corix Customer Care at 1-877-788-7277.
To view your account online, navigate to our eCare portal and enter your User ID and Password.
To close your account, contact Corix Customer Care at 1-877-788-7277 at least two full business days before your move to ensure that we can get the appropriate meter readings to close your account. Please note that you are responsible for all charges until your account is closed.
