Important Information on Canada Post Strikes

In the event of a Canada Post strike or job action, mail delivery of your Corix utility bill and bill payments to Corix may be disrupted. However, it is important that you keep your account up to date.

Corix has various services available to you to help manage your account during a disruption.


As a Corix Utilities customer you may:

  • Call 1-877-788-7277 to obtain your account balance
  • E-mail: to request a copy of your bill


Please note that Corix offers the following payment alternatives:

  • Online / Telephone Banking
  • Contact us to set up Pre-Approved Debit or Credit Card withdrawal
  • Visa / MasterCard payments are also accepted over the phone
  • Drop off cheques at your nearest Corix office location:

    Starting August 15, 2018, Corix Customer Care began invoicing Tobiano Utilities Inc. customers directly for water and wastewater services. You may have noticed you did not receive a bill from Tobiano Utilities Inc. in May for these services — this is because your first invoice from Corix on August 15 will capture usage from March, April, May, June and July 2018.

    • We provide access to eCare to register online for electronic billing (this allows you to access your account to see your billing and consumption history)
