Starting August 15, 2018, Corix Customer Care began invoicing Tobiano Utilities Inc. customers directly for water and wastewater services. You may have noticed you did not receive a bill from Tobiano Utilities Inc. in May for these services — this is because your first invoice from Corix on August 15 will capture usage from March, April, May, June and July 2018.
