People and Experience

Through our legacy thermal energy utility we have over a century of operational experience providing heating and cooling to customers in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Our greenfield energy infrastructure expertise had its beginning over two decades ago with the development and implementation of sustainable GeoExchange systems. Since then, Corix has expanded its energy business to include a suite of 12 operational projects ranging from high-temperature steam to biomass-fired hot water and ambient systems in various stages of development.

Our core team of planners, engineers, and operational experts are specialized greenfield thermal energy professionals, who stay on top of the latest advancements in energy systems design, development and operation. They also maintain close relationships with other highly specialized professionals, such as industrial architects and mechanical engineers, so any required expertise can be quickly brought in as needed.
