Corix recently rebranded to reflect our laser-focus on championing the transition to cleaner energy by providing heating and cooling to cities, communities, and campuses across North America.
Why Rebrand Now?
On April 1, 2024, Corix separated from its former water and wastewater businesses. With the change came the opportunity to revamp our brand to better reflect our values and further solidify our market presence as a leader in the low-carbon energy transition.
The Rebranding Process
To guide the rebranding process, we connected with current customers, industry contacts, employees, and others about what makes Corix unique. It was clear that we needed to remain true to the core essence that has made us a trusted partner for so many years.
In recognition of brand equity built through decades of delivering trusted utility services throughout North America, we chose to keep the Corix name and refresh the logo and other brand elements, positioning us for a fresh start towards future growth.
Reflecting on Our Direction
President & CEO Lisa Sparrow put it perfectly: “The very nature of our energy business requires that we evolve as technologies do. Our company, like our systems, is resilient and built to grow and adapt. We have the team, the talent, the expertise, and the financing to continue leading the way toward a vibrant future for the next generation and beyond. This is what our new brand conveys.”
The New Brand
Corix’s new logo draws inspiration from a 3D cube, embodying how our individual perspectives shape how we see the image. It also reflects how we see the world. At Corix, we see things differently – we recognize the need to expand our horizons and embrace change as we forge a path towards cleaner energy. Our people bring incredible energy, passion, and commitment to transforming the energy industry – and our new brand reflects who we are, what we do, and perhaps most importantly, how we do it. Corix is Energy that Inspires.
